By Mr. Bullis: Resolved, That the sewer contraetors be instructed not to exteud the house branches bevond the contracted limit without first securing the consent oí t li is Board. Adopted as follows : Yeas -Messrs. Clark, Schuh and Bullis. Mr. Bullis moved that the grade submitted by the City Engineer along the east side of Seveuth street, between Miller Avenne and Huron street, bc approved. Adopted, as follows : Yeas --Messrs. Clark, Schub and Bullis. A communieation frotri Dr, V, C. Vaughan, asking ïor a new sidewalk rade on State street, in front of his residence, was read and liled. Mr. Bullis moved that the estímate nade by the City Eigineer, oa sewer completed by the contractor in Bewer district Xo. 2, since October :!lst, 1894, be approved at (485.55. Adopted, as follows: Yeas - Messrs. Clark, Schuh, and Bullis. Mr. Clark moved that the estímate made by the City Engineer, on sewer completed by the contractors in sewer district No. 1, since October olst, 1804, be approved at $1034.80. Adopted, as follows: Yeas - Messrs. Clark, Schalt, and Bullís. On mot ion, the Board adjoïirned.
