Flushing, L. I., Xov. 26. - Frederick R. Baker, a wcalthy resident, was drowiied In Flushing bay. Mr. Bakor resided at Sands Poiut. Living with Mr. Baker wero his wife and two sons. The fcwo sons went gunning in a boat, and the wind beginning to blow freshly the father got anxious and went out in a boat to look up the "boys." The boys found his capsizod boat as they were returning home and under it was their father's body. Afat that inakos bhis oocurronoo of more significance is that Baker is alleged to be the man who is iinplioated in Seely's embezzlement, and the question arises whether tho case is not suicide.
