PlTTSBCBG-, Nov. (i.- A bilí in in equity has beun liled in court here by President M. M. Garland and Seoüetary J. C. Killgallon, of th Aranlgamated association, agalnst President VT. C. Kronemeyor and Seeretary John Jarreté, of the Tinned Plate Muaufacturrs' association and tho United States Iron and Tin Plate Manufacturing eorupaiiy. The bill lusks tor an injunction restraining the defendants f rom oporating the Peminler tin plate woiks at lower wages that those named In the wage schodule of the tin plato workers, and asks that this contract botween tho workers and tho manufacturera be declared in foroe. This is the first suit of the kind ever filed and will test tho validity of a wage schedulo. A few weeks ago the Derumler plant .started up nonunion, the union men refusiug to take a rednetion in wages.
