One Iron Hall Case Dismissed

INDIANAPOLIS, Xov. 29. -D. W. Howe, sttorney for appellanta in the Iron Hall case before the supreme oourt, has filed a clismissal of the caso. Attornoy Howe says among othor thing that whou the reeeiver was appolnted the order was undoubtedly filvent and there was no ground whatever for making the reoeiver perniauenc; that in escaping Charybdis they have been devoured by Scylla and in the two years that have elapsed mueh larger funds have been dissipated in attomoys' fees and expenses of reoeiverships in thls and other States than was ever spent by the! r ofliwrs.
