High School Notes
Special examinations today. O. J. Peterson will lead in the S. C. A. meeting this afternoon. The first meeting of the Omega board was held yesterday. A class in arithmetic has been organized. They began work Monday. The astronomy class examined Júpiter and the moon on Tuesday night. Thanksgiving seemed to have a serious effect on sorae of the students, as several have not returned. The Arena will give the program intended for last week. Subject for debate: Resolved, that a lawyer is justified in defending a person whoru he knows to be guilty of murder. At the meeting of the board of directors of the Athletic association, Wednesday, it was decided not to play the football game with the Detroit high school, Saturday. As this was to be the last game of the season, the players are now out of training. The Omega board which is chosen by the senior class, is as follows: Business manager, Harmon Boice; managing editor, Burt Hammond; editors, Frank Brown, Benj. Braun, William Mack, Gustavius Ohlinger, Misses Kach, Slater, Taylor, and Pattengill.
