You are undoubtedly thinking about Christmas and wonderinu what gifts you can select that will be pleasing and appropiiate remembrances to your man y friends. I have been thinking of Christmas tor uionths past, and have been selecting the most choice things trom himdreds of faetones, whose designers have vied with each other in producing a multitude of things that are used in the furnishing and adornment of the home. A tour through niy tliree lloors, which are novr tilled to ove) tiovving, will reveal so inany things that will be snitable and appropriate that the matter of selection becomes a pleasure instead of a task. There is always a satisfaction in deeiding upon a gift that you are contident will give pleasure to the recipiënt tor its artistic and useful qualities, as well as for the expression of thoughtfulness and good wi]l of the giver. What can be tuore acceptable as a token of friendship than something which adds comfort and beauty to the homeV It is my constant aim and study to gatlier together the choicest line of goods from the leading markets, and know there is not another stock like my own between Detroit and Chicago. It embraces low priced goods, mediun priced goods and expensive goods. You can spend an hour or two without a dull moment in strolling through my departments. You will find it a source of pleasure to be able to read the price on every article in plain figures, and it is a matter of satisfaction to know that this prjce is the lowest one possible, that those who are well posted, and those who are ïiot posted, man or ehild, all get equal satisfaction here; that's the foundation upon which this business ha been built. 1 have anticipated the wants of all for the coming glad season, and have given special consideration to the financial part of the question, which means that all prices have been crowded down to the lowest limit. My stock is large. but many of the most choice things will be picked up by the early buyers. 1 urge you not to delay, but to make ynur selections as early as possible.
