He denies any dishonesty on his part and says he will be able to exonérate himself at the proper time. Bielby, the defaulting ex-eashier of the bank, exonerates Grillett, and says the latter is in uu way to blatne for the shortage. Bielby 's shortage is reported as $20,000.
