Washington, Dea 2-t.- The American Jenish Historical society will hold its third animal meeting at the Arliugton hotel on Wednesday and Thursday of nexc week aad an elabórate prograinme has beeu oiuüued to follow the business sossions of the organization. It will be participated in by representativa Hebrews from all sections of the Union. The opening address will be delivered by Congre9sman Oscar Strauss. Among those who will read papers are Dr. Cyrus Adler, Dr. B. Kelsenthal, Dr. Herberc Friedenwald, Dr. J. H. Hollander, Max K. Kohier, Simun Wolf and Dr. M. Kayserlirig.
