BODA Pest, Deo. 24.- The Huugarian cabinet ministers have sent a special measenger to the emperor at Vienna to tender their resignación. The decisión of the emperor will be announced on Thursday next. M. Banffy is expected to form tho next eabinet wlth the home ministers exuepting Dr. Wekerle, Szilagyi, Hleronymi and Andrassy.
