Mr. Schuh moved tliat the Clerk notify the Ann Arbor Water Co. to put properly ander ground and make safe their ir;itc boxes in the streets of this city, as the same are dangerous to the public travel as they are now built. Yeas - Messrs. Clark, Schub, and Mullís. N'ays - None. The Clerk read and reported allorders passed by the common council at their meeting held Dec. 17, 1894. Mr. Bullis moved tliat permission is hereby given feo the Ann Arbor Street Kaihvay Co. to move the earth on Fórest Avenue and Hill street, the same to be Qfed by the eompany in (illing and leveling the street at their switch on HUI street, under the diiection of this Board. Yeas- Messrs. Clark, Schub, and Ballis. Xays- None. Mr. Bullis moved thftt the Engiueer niake and submit to this Board memorandums for changing sidewalk grade on the west side of south State street, between Liberty and William Btreets, as ordered by the common councii.
