The Mancluster corresponden congratulates the Ann Arbor Argu on reaching its óist birthday. Howaril Macomber spent NTe Year's at hom. Miss Louisa VVurster, of Detroit is visiling friends in town. Mervin Green, of Ypsilanti, ha been the gucst of Charles Burtles the past week . Mr. and Mrs. Richardson, of Na poleon, visited friends in town. Mr. Otto Refior, of Detroit, was in town, on business. Miss K. Hogan, of Clinton, visit ed friends in town a few days last week Miss Rosa Stockinger, of Anti Arbor, is the guest of her sister, Miss Rickie Stockinger. Miss Eraraa Engle, of Brooklyn, is visiting her parents. Mrs. Wm. Patterson and sons, of Detroit, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Waite a few days last week. Miss Louise Allen, of Ypsilanti, is visiting her friend, Miss Cynthia Bailey. Misses Dora Sauer and Katie Grossraan, who are at work in Jackson, came home to spend New Year.'s with their parents. Misses Louise and Dena Uphouse, who are at work in Ann Arbor, are visiting friends in town. Mrs. Wm. Arnold and daughter .,ena, of Tecumseh, were visiting riends over New Year's. Miss Edith Corey, of Tecumseh, was the guest of Miss Gracie Lee over New Year'p. Miss Libbie Engle, of Vpsilanti, is visiting with her parents. Mr. Albert Dorr, who is attending Hillsdale college, spent a few days in town visiting friends. Misses Katie and Minnie Braun, of Tackson, were home over New Vear's. The ladie? society of the Emanuel's church held their yearly meeting at Mrs. John Engle's last Wednesday afternoon. The installation of officers of the G. A. R. and Relief Corps took place at their hall last Tuesday evening. Refreshments were served and all report having had a good time. All that attended the M. E. church last Sunday evening were all pleased with the sermón given by H. Addis Leeson. Mr. Leeson is a student of Albion college, and his many friends congratúlate him on his success.
