Hot Spkixgs, Ark., Jan. 8.- The circuit court of Mciuphis, ïcnn., has refused to honor a requisit ou from Govornor Fishback, of this state, which has boon duly signcd by the governor of Tennessee for au ex-negro preacher, naiued W. O. Koith, who is wanted hete for arson aud perjury. The negro cmployed counsel and set up a plea that he liad been acquitted of the charge in the courts hero and that the officers of this county sought to bring him back here for the purpose of having him mobbed.
