Full board present. ■ The President stated that the object of this meeting is to take sonie action as to a number of citizens making connection with the sewers without perinissionof this Board. IMr. Bullis offered the following : Whkkeas, It havingcome to the knowledge of the Board of Public Works that a uumber of persons have connected with the City sewers, such connection beiug without the authority of said Board and coutrary to an ordinance of this city, aud iu the opinión of said Board to attach iixtures to said counections and ïise the same would be not ouly dangerous to the hoalth of bonseholds usiug said connectiou but in the unfinished condition of the sewer might do serions itamage to the same, therefore, the Boaid of Public Works hereby determine, ií the owners aud occupant or agent of the premisos above named sigu and live upto the below agreement then said cijnuection may remain intact, but if any owuer or occupaut refuses to sign and live upto the below agreement then iu such case said connection shall be scvered. I, the uudersigued, owners or agent of premisos that has couuected with the sewers as aforesaid, hereby agree that I wtll not directly or indirectly attaeh any fixtures or allow the saine to be done by others to any í ewer or make any use of the sewers whatever now laid or built wlthin this city without lirst obtainius: a permit to do so as requiredbyan ordinance passed by the common council the 21st day of May, A, D., 1894, aud approved May 23rd, l9i. Bullis moved that all the advertising matter be removed from telephone and telegraph poles, which inotion wan lost as follows : Naya -Mms. Clark, Schub ,,„i Bullis. On motion the Board adjourned W.
