Minutes of the pvevious meeting read and approved. Mr. Laixibert, of Ypsilanti, repreeeuting Mr. Nowlin, proprietor of the Cook House, appeared before the board and asked pennission to connect with sewer on Fourth avenue. Mr. Bullís moved that pennission is hereby granted Mr. Nowlin and Mr. MuClure to connect with the sewer on Fourth avenue, provided they sign agreements adopted by the board, Deo. 27. 1894. Adopted as follows : Yeas - Messrs. Clark, Schuh and liullis. On motion of Mr. Bullis, all of the street aud sewer bilis for the inonth of December were approved. Mr. Bullis moved that the estiraate.s made by the City Engineer on sewer completed by the contractors in Dist. Xo. 2 be approved ; amount due, $996.10. Adopted as follows : Yeas - Messrs. Clark, Schuh and Bullis. Mr. Bullis moved that the president of this board is hereby requested tosend a comniunication to the Common Coucil relativo to the necessity of makiiijï iinmediate connections of the fhishtanks with the water mains. Adopted as follows : Yeas - Messrs. Clark, Schuh and Bullis. Mr. Bullis moved that the actiug street commissioner is hereby directed to order the snow-plows out to clean the sidewalks after 2l.i inches or more f snow falle. Adopted as follows : Yeas - Messrs. Clark, Schuh and nullis. Mr. Schuh moved that we recommeiid to the Council the City Engineer's report, that Mr. Toop and Mr. Warner be allowed to lay their walks to intersect with walks laid south of their places so as not to change the established grade. Adopted as follows ; Yeas- Messrs. Clark, Schuh and Bullis. Mr. Clark moved that the profllo of street aud sidewalk grade of WestCatherine street, between Main and First streets, as submitted by the engineer, be approved, and recommended to the Common Council for adoption. Adopted ae follows : Yeas- Messrs. Clark, Schuh and Bullis. On motion the board adjourned. Clerk.
