At a seeeion of the Probate Court for t-oe County of Washtenaw, bolden at the Probate Oflice in the city of ADn Arbor, on Saturday, tbe fi ft h day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. Id the matter of the estáte of James GauDt, deceased. Ebenezer Hill, the administrator of said estáte, comes ídIo court and represent that he is now prepared to render his iinal account as such adminietrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Friday, the firgt day of Kebruary next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirB at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said state, are required to appear at a seavion of said court, then to be holden at the Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in s aid county, and show cause, ïf any there be, why the said account ïhould not be allowed: And it is further ordered, that said administrator give notice to the persons intereeted in said estáte of the pendency of eaid account, and the hearing thereof , by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulatiug in said county, three successive vpeek& previous to said dav of hearing.
