Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of James GiuiDt, deceased. EBenezer Hill, the administrator of said estáte, cotnea iDto eourt and represent that he is now prepared to render nis iinal account as such admiiiistrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Friday, the tirst day of FeWruary next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of eaid deceased, and all other persons interested in flaid estáte, arerequired to appear at a seet-ion of said t.o be holden at the Probate office, in thecity of Ann Arbor, in said county,and show cause, ïfany there be, why the said account ■hould not be allowed: And it is turther ordered, that said adniiniatrator givc notice to the persons intereeted in said estáte of the pnndency of Baid account, end the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of thisorder to be publishcd in tht Ann Arbor ABODS,a newspaper prmted andeirculating in said cousty, three succtssivc weeks previous to eaid dar of hearing.
