He said : "Wo dlscussed the railroad strike of last suimner at great length. Dobs, Ín my opinión, violatüd no law, and it is hard that be shoukt be imprisoned." Waite addressed au audience in Central Musió, hall on the, 'Kmanctpation of the White Race." His audience was very entlmsiastlc and applouded hlin freely. He said that Washington was the richest man in Anu-rica when he died worth 1910.000. but no w 'it is only aquestion that the bright clüldren oL our public schools can solve when the blessed 400 shall hold all the riches of the country and the masses shall in truth become the slaves of capital. There is nouse norsense in orytng peace when there is no peace. ♦ Victory for the massos is only to be won through the dcfeat of the British bunkers and the money power of America. ■ Bupope is paying usury from its poverty and degredatlon, the United Statos from it earnlnge. The oíd partios would not chango it if they 3011UI and they could not if they Would. I have an nbiiling faith in the virtuc and intelligence of the people. The rupublio is safe."
