Washington, Jan. 21.- Frye offered a resolution in the senate as soon as it carne to order expressing the "indiguation" of the sonate at the attempt of the Hawaiian natives to reenthrone the queen, and in a speech declared the administration responsible for it. Objection was made to consideration by George of Mississippi, and it went over. The debate lasted until the time set apart for eulogios on the lato Sonator Vanee arrived, and aftor the eulogios were pronouaoed the senate adjourned. In the house Boutolle introduced a resolution of sympathy with tho Hawaiian governraent, and expressing it as tho sense of the house that a warship should be sent there to look aftor American interests. He procceded to speak and was cut off by the hour arriving for eulogies on the late Representative Lylo, of Kentucky. Hitt offered a similar resolution, together with oue urging steps for an Americim cable to Honolulú. The Indian appropriation bilí was eonsidored without action. The senate amendments to, the ponsion bilí were disagreed to. Tho vacancies on tue rules and ways and means committees causod by Burrows' election to tho senate wero fiiled by tho appointment of Cannon of Illinois and Grosvonor respoctively. Burrows was given a round of applause when he entered the chambor. Eulogies wero pronounced on the late Representativo Lylo and the house adjournod as a furthor mark of respect.
