Either Concession Or Strike

San Francisco, lb. .- Chief Arthur, of the Brotherhood of Locomotivo Enginoors, was in consultation with the onglneers of the Southern Pacific. F. V. Meyer, chairman of the grievance comraittee. says the trouble between the engineera nd the Southern Pacific will be deflnitoly adjustei today. It will either be a concession by the railroad company or a strike. Southern Paciüc officials scoff at tho idea and say that an understanding will be reached.
