Washington, Feb. n.- Referring to the latest news from Honolulú, which he has not officially but through the Associated Press, Minister Thurston says he is sure that the representatives of civilization who rule in Hawaii will not do any one an injustice. He gives a long history of the islands írom away back of Queen Lil's timo, which is a history of plots and connter-plots, in many of which the exqucen herself was involved, and declares the Dole government luis been if anything too lenient.
