PlTTSBUHG, Feb. 14 - District as.sembly 3, K. of I..., was suspended f rom tlie order by the general executive boord, as aunounced in yesterday's dispatches, and the officers were notiíicd that a mouiber of the board was on his v;y liero for the pnrpose of securing the books, seoret work, and other property of the district. The oíHcers declare positively that they will refuse to turn over the property, and will have nothing to do with the representativo of the board. They say the district will, in all probabillty, go over in a body to the Columbus factiou.
