San Francisco, Cal., Feb. 11. - Charles L. Fair, son of the late ex-Unlted States Senator Fair, says the contest of hls father's will wlU not be made jointly with his sisters' Mrs. Oelrichs and Mssi Virginia Fair, but is made wholly and solely by himself, at his own personal risk and responsibillty, and that any statements to the oontrary are false.
