The following memorial upon the death of Mr. Treadwell, waí unanimously adopted at tlie last meeting of the wardeas and vestrymen of St. Andrews church : In profound sorrow and in lmmble ubmisslaii to the IMvine Wlll, St. Andrew's piu-Lsh. is again called upon to imouiui the loss of ono of its most loved and valued membere. In tiie death oí Edward Treadwell, whici occurred January 24, 1S95, the vestry of our beloved church loses agialn its senior warden, and we sadly PU'.y our last tribute of lo- to the memory of a noble Christian eharact-er. Mr. Treadwell was a man of broad aaxd generous nature, wltii. a reputatioin abo'X) the 6uplcion of reproach, aaid of a disposition so genial and kindly as to win the regard and warane&t írienilship oí those whose fortune it was to know hto intimately.
