PlTTBUKG, Kas., Feb. 18.- The regular Santa Fe passenger train from Kansas City was wrecked just outside the city limits and several of the passengers injured. None of theru, it is thought, will die. After being removed from the wreek the injured passengers were ilistributed over the city, making it impossible to get an accurate list of those injured. As far as obtainablo the list follows: Conductor Ilamsey, injured internally; Georgo Davis, boy, leg mashed; M:ss Beitha Garver, sido punctured by brokon timbera, badly injured; Under Shoriff Hi Adsit, botb. legs brokeu, arm disloeated, cut about face; Mrs. Dr. M. E. Johnsou, leg broken, face and body badly cut; sou of Mrs. Johnson, injurod internally, body mashed and ear cut off; Joe Ennis, leg broken, cut about face and head, injured internally; Miss Laura Jamea, leg and both arms broken, ugly hole in the head. The wreek occurred jast outside the city limits at the junction at the Santa Fe, Missiouri Pacific and the Kansas City, Pittsburg and Gulf roads. A Missouri Pacific coal train was switching and the engineer looking back for signáis failed to seo the approaching Santa Fe passenger going north. The coal train struck the tender of the Santa Fe, throwing the entire passenger train, except the engine, to the bottom of a lifteen-foot embankment. Every porson on the Santa Fe was moro or less injured, and the wonder is that nobody was killed. The injured woro removed as quiokly as possible to houses in the neighborhooil and carod for.
