Re-registration For Michigan

LANSma, Feb. 18. - ïhe most important actiou of the legislatura was the passage of a bilí for registration in the ontire state previous to the spring eiection. This is made necessary by tha adoption of the oonstitutional amendment last November providing that only bona fide citizens shall vote, thns disfranchising a large nuniber of foreign-born citizens whohave been voting heretufore upon a deolaration of intention to become a citizen. An important bill was introducud in the legislature providing for the grantlng of divorces in cases of the hopeless insanity of oneof the partiesand prohibiting remariying within two yoars theroafter.
