San FRANCISCO, Feb. 81. - A suit has buen commenced in tho superior court here in which Vice President Stevenson is one oí the plaintitTs. The suit is an Injunction to rescraiti the collector oL the Kast RÍverside irrigation district from making the final transier of cortuin lands in that district which had been sold for a delinquent assessment. Sjiiib of the land belongs to the vica president, some to Rowena Stóvenson and part of it to other owners.
