MlSSEAPOLis, March 7.- W. W. Erwin, the leading counsel for Harry Hayward, began his plea for his cliënt yestorday as soon as court convened and will probably oocupy all of today. His argument was to show that Adry Hayward planned the murder oL Miss Ging and Blixt wüs Adry's tooi, ::ot Harry's. Bliit was described as a eunning i-ogae and intelligent villain who had saited his evidenoe to the noeds of the state, and Erwin quoted the testiraony of Miss Wachtler, who swore that in his iirst statement Blixt said: "Adry and I put up the job to kill Miss Ging and agreed if oaught to lay it on Harry."
