She otes on white petticoats, and so does ie (for ber; it is not meant tbat be wears thein hinaself), but she concluded ;hat she paid for a great deal of nnnecssary laun dering. So the new garment s made of tvro pieces - a top and a deep flotmce that buttons on to it. The flounce can be changed as many times as you like and buttoned on to the top piece.
