Nokfoi.k, V., March 7.- The United States lighthouso tender Violet, with the prosidontial party aboard, arrived at Norfolk yesterday and proceeded directly to Portsiïiouth, whore a stop was made at the United States bnoy yard, opposite the navy yard.
