A Rabbit Trap
Six inch boards are reouired and ghonld be 4 f eet long. A is the trapdoor, â– which is held up by two cords attached to the lever, which rests on the fnlcrum C. E ia tho trigger, which is a short stick, made as seen in the illustration, and is attached to the end of lever by a short cord. The trigger passes through a small hole in the top of the trap and catches on the front edge. The sketch shows the trap set. Grain is used for bait, but carrots, cabbage, etc, are much liked by bunny. Placo the bait at the farther end of the trap, so that it cannot be got out without touching the trigger, which flies up and down and drops the door, and poor bunny is a prisoner. and not a hair injured. - Ohio Farmer.
