Beat two eggs, stir into them a oopful of swoet iuilk and 1 )i, piuts of iionr, with threo teaspoonfuls of baking powder. Mix in a scant pint of pseled, cored and ohopped apples and fry in liot lard, or the applea may be sliced thin and the Blices dropped into the batter.
