The hearing takes place this morntng. Prlest Karmlnski was arreteï also yesterday on a warrant. A wagonloafl of nollce was sent to St. Paul's church at 9 o'clook last ntght In response to a hurry cali. Ed Tuttle was found lylng near the church wlth a broken leg. He had been struck with a club. It was at first stupposed to be a feature of the church flght. but all was quiet when the pólice returned. It Is believed to have been one of the individual sktrmishes growlng out of the ohurch rlot. many of whlch have ocourred slnce.
