Tajipa, Fia., March 21.- The fate of I tho schooner Irene, which was reported as having been disniantled and sunk by the Infanta Isabella, isstill shrouded in mystery. It is stated, however, that the Irene had for some time been under suspicion, and that the oliiclals of theJnited States and Spain have been watching her. Tho laat hearil of her she was in the vicinity of Boca Grande. Mrs. Clara Acosta hns arrived from .Matanza, Cuba. She reports that the civil guard and about eightv Cuban citizens met In conflict there on the night of thé 18th inst., and Chat the latter wore foroed to beat a hasty retreat. One Cuban was wounded. It is rumorcd there that tlu; blaoks aro are conspiring to rise agiiinst the whites. Cubans claim tliat this report i being olroulated by the Spaniards in the hopo of dividing the Cuban torces.
