Eiuma Byers, a remarkable freak of nature known as "the girl with a dol! baby in her eye" was bovn at Fairtnonnt, near (Jineinnati, in Fabruary. 1882 The writcr last saw her in May, 1888, wheu her pareiits, Mr. and Mrs Michael Byers, lived at Budd and Harriet streets, Cinciiiuati. Tho eyes of tho obild, Enuna, sp far as is kaown to the coutrary, are, er were, the most remarkablo organs of visión which uature ever Bet in the head of a human being. ín har left optie was the forru of a perfect doll baby, handsoinely dressed, and witb features positively beautiful. This wonderful freak was not a discoloration of the iris, or anything of that nature, but was to be seen in the form of tho pupil itself. The pupil of tho right eye was also of the freakish order, being in the exact shape of a crescent - reserubling pictures of the inoou at about the time of its flrst qnarter. The image was uot small or indistinct, but could beplainly observed at a distance of 8 or 10 fcet.
