School reopened last Monday. Mrs. E. B. Fox, of Eaton Rapids, is visiting her parents. Mr. and Mrs. Goldsmith. James Hobbs, of Detroit, is visiting at C. B. Hobb's. Cromwell Fuller, of Milán, has been engaged to teach our school next year. Mrs. Henry Collum, of Saline, a former resident of this place, died last Sunday of apoplexy. Mis. Hiram Eaton who lives four miles northeast of here, died last Sunday. Death was not unexpected from cancer.
