This is to certify that the undersigned have formeel a limiteci partnership, pursuant to the provisions of Howell's Annotated Statutes of the stute of Michigan. That the nameor iirm under which such partnership is to be conducted is "liradford & Company, Limited." That the general nature of the business to be transacted is buying and sellinggroceries aad general merchandise and such articles as are usually deait in by dealers in such goodsand wares. That Emil II. Bradford, who resides in the city of Ann Arbor, county of Washtenaw, and state of Michigan, is a ueneral partner; and Herbert W. Bradford, who resides In the township of Oanton, county of Wayne, and state of Michigan, is a special partner; and that the said Herbert W. Bradford has contributed elght hundred dollars as capital to the comraon stock; and that the said partnership is to commence on the eighteenth day of February, A, D. 1895, and is to terminale on the eighteenth day of February, A.
