At a session of the Probate Court tor the Oounty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate OtHce iu the Citv of Ann Arbor, on Friday. the öth day of April, in the year one thousand eijrht hundred and ninety-five. i, Present. J. Willard Babbitt, Judee of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Timothy Wallace, deceased. Oarrie Wallace, the admiuisrrator of said estáte, comes into court and represen ts! that she is now prepared to render her final account as suc.h adm nistrator. Thereupon it is ordored that Tuesday the seventh day of May, next, at 10 o'clock in the orenoon, be assigned for examininir and allowlns suoh account, and that the heirs-at-law of said deceased and all other persons intereeted in said estme, arerequiredtoappear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate OtHce, in the City of Ann Arbor, In aaid Ounty, and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allovved.
