Chicago, April 11.- The South Chicago pólice arrested Charles Long Ying, a Chinese laundryman of Kansas City, and his young bride on a Ualtiniore and Ohio train at South Chicago. The pólice thought the girl was Maud Bailey, the 18-year-old daughter of Mrs. E. M. Bailey, of 235 Lincoln avenua, who has been missing since March 30. Mr. Ying and his wife wero taken to the East Chicago Avenue Polico sunion, where Mrs Bailoy eaid the girl wus not her daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Ying vvere then released. Mrs. Ying's indiguatii n was beyond expression.
