Washington, April 25. - Consul George W. Roosevelt at Brussels reports: "I am informed that the associatlon of Belgian millers is opposed to any leglslation that would interfere wlth the importation of wheat from the United States. It is the opinión here, however, that the Belgian house of representatlves will pass a bilí in May or June next, imposlng a duty of 29 cents per hundred kilogrammes (220 pounds) on flour coming into Belgium from all countries."
