The people of Suinner say it is an atteinpt to immortalize u redhanded murderer. They accuse a physician of that place of having charge of ihe tanning of the human skin. They say he presented enough of Blanck's tanned hkie to M. Kelly, of Sumner, to niake a pocket book.
