Bnt the sufferer was assured that thore was nothing the matter He then paid a visit to his dentist. who in íormed hmi that his teeth were perfect ly sound Being, however, dlssatisfied. he called upon an electriciao he knew and asked him if )c were possibie he could have any electricny in his montb Ov. examining the teeth rifc fnend í ovni i that two metafí were astcl to fix them to a composition piate. To these metal wires were then attached and connected to a galvanometar the teeth were replaced in the patient's mouth and the metáis moistened with saliva No soou 6r was this done tban the galvanometar showed quite a iarge curren from so emaü a source - enough, it ís stated, to cause alceration and severe pain wheu ong continued upou so sensitive an or gan as the tongue The píate was cov ered with an insulating varnish. ana thenceforward al) the trouble ceased. -
