Charles C. Miller, the youngest son of George Miller, of North DivisiĆ³n street, died twenty minutes after midnightt Friday nigh of consumption. He had been ill since Februrary 12, but as he had appeared much better and his death was unexpected. He was bom December 4, 187a, and was a natural artist. His work being lifelike in character and true to nature. He learned the photographers trade with Krueger and worked at it until last September when he began work for George Wahr in his State street bookstore which he continued until he became ill. He made friends of all who knew him as he hadagentle lovable character and his death is a sad blow to his father, brothers and sisters. The funeral services held yesterday afternoon at the residence of his father was very largely attended. Rev. Mr. Housmann, of Detroit, officiated. The floral offerings were unusually fine and numerous. The remains were placed in the vault in Forest Hill cemetery.
