The Minister From Portugal

Señor August Thedieni, the newly appointed minister from Portugal to the United States, is only abont 40 years of age, and his wife is the daughter of the Portuguese minister to Italy. Señor Thediem is now at Rome, where he has for some time filled the post of first secretary of the Portuguese legation, but is expected in Washington in a few weeks.
