Verdict Is Awaited With Interest

Lkxington, Ky., May 6.- A man namod Shipp (white) is on trial here for killlng a man named Brown (colored). Brown' s wife was unfaithful (she was colored) and Shipp was her paramour. Brown went home and caught the two in flagrante delictu. In the fight that followed Shipp killed Brown, it being in evidence that he had said he woukl do so if Brown gave hlm "any trouble. " The uegroes are inBisting that color should make no difference in thls case. The verdict is awaited with interest.
