Restrained From Using The Water

APPLETON, Wis., May 16. - Injunctions have been served upon all the inill owners of Kaukauna using water power drawn froni the canal of the Kaukauna Water Power eompauy, restraining them irom drawing any water from said canal. The proceedings are in accordanco wich a decisión of the state supreme court reoently in the case of the Green Bay and Mississippi Canal company agamst the Kaukauna Water Power company.
