Mr. Buss is iu Detroit on business. Walter C. Mack aud Mr. J.Josenhans, of Aun Arbor, were in towii Monday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Chus. Kreiter, of Norveil, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. N. Senger Sunday. Mrs. James Martín aud Miss Libbie Bodine spent Friday in Tecumseh. Milo Dickerson lias been visitiug friends in Jackson. H. Kirchhofer and son, Hugo, drove to Ann Arbor Sunday. Mrs.C. Sehneider, of Brooklyn, spent Sunday with friends in town. Mrs. George Nisle and daughter went to Toledo to attend the funeral of Mrs Weis. L. P. Freeinan, of Chelsea. were in the village a few days visiting friends. Miss Emma Engle came home from Brooklyn last Friday to spend a few days with her pareuts. Baby Marie Edwards, the child wouer of Minneapolis, gave a piano recital t Arbeiter hall last Wednesday 'evenng. She was accompanied by her fathr, Prof. Edwards, on the violin. Among those who wout to Aun Arbor to attend the May Festival were : Mme. Burtless, Freemau, Spaffard, Traoy, Lapham,Torrey, Misses Marie and Julia Küchhofer, Margaret Blosser and Francos Logan. Messrs. C. V. Case and Mat Blosser. Col. E. D. Feun, of Bridgewater, has has been selected to delivtr the memorial day address at Manchester.
