Chicago, May 23. - It is stated here from reliable sources that John S. JohnSOD, who was suspended by the L. A. W. racing Soard pending an investigution iutü his amateur standing, has been declared a professional. Johnson was suspended by the racing board a month ago and was allowed thircy days in which to answer the charges.
