Chicago, May 30. - Hon. Roswell G. Horr has askod Lyman J. lingo, president of the First National bank, to act as his referee during the debato between liira and W. H. Iíarvey ("Coin"). Gage has aceepted, and the Union League club has tendered its rooms. The debate wül probably last ten days. Stenographic notes oí the entire debate will be takeo and given to the press for publication. The date has not been decided upon.
