Washington, June 3. - Senator Dubois, of Idaho, is back f rom a visit to his home. In view of his promiuence among silver Republicans of the senato he was askod whut silver legislatiou would be enacted by the next congress. "There will be no eilvcr legislaciĆ³n whatever," he said. "ID would be utterly useless to pass a silver bill and thea have the president veto it. There is no need of passing a silver bill until we have a silver president, and in my judgmeut we will have suoh a president in 1896 "
