Washington. June !.- It is said at ■L agricultural department there is no iruth in the published reports that pork examined mieroscopically for export to Germany and France, and found to contain trichinae, is stamped by the inspectors as íree from disease and so transported and sold in interstate commerce trade. Early in Pebluary Secretary Morton ordered all pork examined mieroscopically and if found to be affected with trichir sis tanked, but later it was decided .ha' the present law did not give the secretary this authority. The enforoetnent of the order was, therefore, postponed until July 1, when the new law goes into effect. It is dgubtful, howwer, whether the new law will gtve him power to cause the destruction of oork affected with trichinae.
